Children's Peace Forum
On Sunday, August 17, 2025, we held a peace workshop at the Himeji Peace Museum in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, welcoming seven sixth graders, ANT-Hiroshima Chairperson Tomoko Watanabe, and two ANT-Hiroshima interns. Watanabe spoke about peace using a projector, and the children spent time thinking about peace. We also toured the Himeji Peace Museum and the Pacific War National Memorial Tower for the Victims of Air Raids in Cities Damaged by War, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the museum.
