                                manager, the general manager of Public Relations Department, the Planning
                                and Coordination Bureau head, in 1979 I retire in this and begin a full-scale
                               writer activity. It is under the theme of "an organization and a human being" in
                                spite of being a request in materials for a history I have a good reputation for
                                the work which I obtained.
